Step 2: Surgical Placement of Your All-on-4 Implants
The second step of All-on-4 implants is Transformation Day, when the four titanium posts into the jawbone. In most instances, surgery is a single visit process wherein you will leave the office with your polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) provisional prosthesis. Step 4: Placement of the Final Prosthesis

After you receive your new teeth, an additional two- to four-month period is usually required in order to achieve complete healing.
